2. Membership & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Membership is personal to you and may not be resold, sublicensed or shared with third parties. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse access, attempt to scrape or redistribute tools, or otherwise violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use each tool in accordance with its intended purpose and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not exceed reasonable usage limits, share access credentials, or use the tools for unlawful activity.
4. Billing & renewals
Membership is billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Availability
We work hard to keep every tool available, but third-party providers may change or withdraw features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific tool. Our Refund Policy explains how we handle extended outages.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolAccess.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
