This Acceptable Use Policy keeps ToolAccess.io fast, reliable and available for every member. By using the Service you agree to these rules, which supplement our Terms of Service.
1. Fair usage
Shared tools are provided for normal, individual professional use. Automated scraping, bulk exporting, reselling outputs at scale in violation of a provider's terms, or any activity that risks the shared subscription is prohibited.
2. No credential sharing
Your membership is personal. Do not share your dashboard login, referral access, or any tool credentials with non-members. Accounts found sharing access will be suspended.
3. Respect provider terms
Each tool has its own terms of service. You must comply with them while using the tool through ToolAccess.io. Do not use any tool for spam, malware, harassment, or illegal content.
4. Protect shared access
- Do not change shared account settings, passwords or connected integrations.
- Do not attempt to extract or store provider credentials.
- Do not run activities that could trigger a provider to suspend the shared account.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination without refund, depending on severity. We reserve the right to act immediately where shared access is at risk.
6. Reporting
If you notice misuse or a problem with a tool, please report it to support@toolaccess.io so we can protect access for everyone.
